As United Drug continues to innovate and invest in the continuous enhancement of the customer experience, they have coupled their improvements with the addition of a brand new section called the ‘Resource Hub’, which has never been accessible online before. 

The Resource Hub is a collection of business information and assets aimed at providing ongoing business support and valuable industry insights, which was key to United Drug in supporting their customers during the pandemic. In addition to insights, industry trends and important pharmacy reports, customers will also be able to access the collection of free webinars provided by United Drug to help guide them in times of crisis, but also to help maximise their businesses where possible. 

During lockdown, customers logged-on to view some of the industry’s top guest speakers to share their insight into pharmacy trends, business growth areas and innovations. All of these recorded sessions are now available to access online for all United Drug customers and will also include additional materials such as business information, registration for events, and industry insights and trends. 

As more and more customers opt to place orders online, United Drug’s goal is to continually develop their online platforms, add more value and support to their customers, and strive to create the best user experience possible, the company said.
