The European Association of Hospital Pharmacists (EAHP) is conducting a study to better understand the current situation of the hospital pharmacy workforce across Europe and has asked pharmacists for their input to the EAHP Workforce Survey.
This survey, which takes 10-to-15 minutes, explores key aspects such as: Staffing levels and workload; job satisfaction and career development; and evolving professional roles in hospital pharmacy.
EAHP says the feedback will help develop evidence-based strategies to address workforce challenges, improve planning, and support professional growth across Europe. Participation is completely anonymous.
Participation is open to hospital pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, assistants, and other related professionals in European hospitals.
