The PSI is carrying out this short survey to gather more information on some of the services that patients and the public are using in pharmacies – especially vaccine and medicines administration services. The PSI will use this information to support our work in continuing to assure the safety and effectiveness of pharmacy services. Information like this allows us to regulate more effectively.

Is the survey anonymous?

Yes, this survey is anonymous. Your name or email address will not be recorded (unless you choose to write your name as part of the survey).

How long will it take to complete the survey?

It should take approximately five minutes to complete.

What is the PSI?

The PSI is the pharmacy regulator. We are responsible for regulating pharmacists and pharmacies in Ireland and our role is to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of patients and the public who use pharmacy services.
